SmX Pro-Line Acoustically Insulated Projection Screen Frame Detail

It took allot of research to come up with a formula that would effectively insulate the SmX Pro-Line frames.
Coming from an acoustical background, we first started out by eliminating all the materials we knew that wouldn't
work for our situation that would usually work in another. We then turned to some of the leading acoustical suppliers in the world to find a solution. After recieving and testing several materials supplied from the acoustical suppliers, nothing they sent us worked. We then set out to find a way to mix our own formula that would work for the Pro-Line frame.
After extensive reseach and testing, we developed a formula and method to effectively insulate the Pro-Line frame that exceeded all the over the readily available solutions that didn't work.
